2021 custom built Club Car
The frame of the cart came from a 2004 club car DS model. It was taken completely down to the frame (aluminum) and rebuilt from the ground up with all new parts. Starting from the ground up we mini tubbed the aluminum chassis to fit some monster DOT approved tires tucked underneath, heavy duty leaf springs, and Skinnies in the front. This is a 48 Volt unit with Trojan T875 batteries and four gauge heavy duty cables.
It has a Navitas controller that is adjustable for high torque high speed and a new high speed motor. We have tapped the cart out at 37 mph. The body was custom fiberglass and professionally painted. It has a two panel lockable dashboard with an uncommon key ignition for theft prevention and a charge meter. The seats are luxury foam padded with a high back and a cell phone holder in the front. The diamond plate side panels and floorboard give it a nice bling to match the wheel covers. The sport window is tinted and the SS steering wheel tops it off.
