All liquid cultures are made with premium liquid culture media, made of light malt extract, dextrose and peotone as main ingredients and are grown with proper sterilization techniques to avoid contamination. These liquid cultures are made from mushroom tissue mycelium samples and not from spores. They are made for growing non poisonous and non psychedelic edible gourmet mushrooms at home.
Porcini mushroom info: meaty with and intense rich woody, earthy taste with nutty undertones.
Growing is possible but very difficult to do indoors, so I personally haven’t tried. They require soil and specific tree roots to grow and can take several years after inoculation   of the soil to show any growth. They prefer wet and humid environments.
